Food Pyramid

 

This is my food pyramid, at the bottom it has healthy food, the middle it has meat, and at the top, it has dairy products. I enjoyed doing this activity because it was fun to search up all the food, even though it made me really hungry. All up, I found this an easy but enjoyable activity to do.

My character

 

In our class, we did character drawings. There were set bases of heads, eyes, noses, bodies, and hair that we traced. Then we colored our tracings in, then finally, we made a background. This is my character, I named her Taco. I named her Taco because I like Tacos. I enjoyed this activity because I like drawing

Humpback whales

 

Hi there! In our class, and with Whenua (the older class) we individually got approximately two hours to make a slide, a doc, a site, etc, on Humpback whales. This is mine, I chose to make it on a slide because I can easily display my information and add pictures. This was a timed project, in some parts I felt a bit stressed because I really wanted to finish, but then I realized that it was more important to make my work awesome, and I got it done in the end. I enjoyed this project because I find humpback whales intriguing and fun to research.
